Steve Arentzoff named Chief Marketing Officer at Globality

Wed, 8th Oct 2025

Steve Arentzoff has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Globality to lead its go-to-market strategy and bolster its position in agentic-driven autonomous sourcing.

Arentzoff joins Globality following senior marketing roles at a number of software-as-a-service businesses, including FlexPay, Medallia, and Cision. In these roles, he led teams focused on driving commercial growth and building brands in competitive international markets.

According to a statement from Globality, Arentzoff's arrival is part of a broader effort to refine the company's global marketing approach and enhance its profile as a provider of AI-driven autonomous sourcing solutions for enterprise procurement.

In his new role, Arentzoff will be tasked with focusing the marketing strategy to distinguish Globality's offering amid increased discussion and claims about artificial intelligence in procurement technology.

"Globality has established itself as a true innovator, delivering AI technology that is proven to deliver new cost savings, efficiencies and productivity. I am excited to join the team and help elevate Globality's story, drive market adoption, and advance our mission to redefine how enterprise companies source with speed, intelligence, transparency, and value," said Arentzoff.

Globality's platform is used by a range of multinational clients, including Santander, British Telecom, Fidelity Investments, T. Rowe Price, Tesco, Hewlett Packard, and Invesco. The company states its technology assists with reducing costs, capturing operational efficiencies, enhancing decision-making, and increasing value for large organisations.

The appointment comes after Globality received recognition as Best Technology Provider at the 2024 World Procurement Awards and being named the only autonomous sourcing solution in the Spend Matters 50 to Know list.

In the official statement, Joel Hyatt, Globality's Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, commented on the decision to appoint Arentzoff and the direction of the business.

"In a market filled with noise about AI, Steve's experience and expertise will help us achieve the cut-through we need to highlight the real, tangible business value that Globality delivers for some of the world's biggest and best companies. Steve joins us at an exciting moment with strong customer growth and momentum as we continue to show that sourcing is procurement's fastest path to value, enabling enterprises to cut costs, move faster and unlock growth," said Hyatt.

Globality's technology is positioned as an agentic sourcing solution, employing artificial intelligence to automate various procurement processes for enterprise-level organisations. The firm claims that this approach achieves measurable business results, including cost reduction and improved efficiency, at a time when many businesses are looking to digital technologies to streamline operations.

Arentzoff's experience is expected to play a central role as Globality aims to communicate the practical benefits of its technology and to increase adoption in the enterprise market. His previous positions saw him assist companies in gaining market share and strengthening their brands through targeted marketing and strategic campaigns.

Globality's stated mission is to transform enterprise spending by using artificial intelligence to create more efficient and inclusive procurement processes. The company reports that its platform is in use across numerous large corporates that are deploying the technology to manage spend, lower operational costs, and enhance procurement outcomes.
