Agiloft has launched Agiloft for Salesforce on Salesforce AgentExchange, adding contract management inside Salesforce.

The no-code integration lets users initiate, manage and track contracts from Salesforce records such as Opportunities and Accounts while keeping data aligned with Agiloft's contract lifecycle management system.

The release is aimed at companies that want to handle contract work within existing CRM workflows rather than move between separate systems used by legal, finance and sales teams. Agiloft says this is intended to reduce manual tracking and limit data mismatches between systems.

AgentExchange is Salesforce's marketplace for applications, agents, tools and integrations. Agiloft says its product is the only contract lifecycle management integration for Salesforce that requires no code to deploy, maintain or extend.

CRM workflow

The product allows contract requests to start from Salesforce objects, with record information passed into the process automatically. Users can generate documents such as non-disclosure agreements and sales agreements from approved templates using Salesforce data, and trigger signature workflows based on preset criteria.

It also includes event-driven synchronisation, so approvals, tasks, obligations, e-signatures and contract status appear as structured records in Salesforce. Customers can connect the system through Agiloft's Integration Hub or other integration platforms, including MuleSoft and Boomi.

The release also supports custom objects, including CPQ quotes, allowing businesses to tie contracting into quote-to-cash processes. The software is built as a second-generation AppExchange managed package, which Agiloft says supports faster deployment, easier upgrades and broader customisation in Salesforce environments.

The app has completed Salesforce's security review and interoperability evaluation process, according to Agiloft. It is available now through AgentExchange.

Team access

For sales teams, the integration means contracts can be generated, negotiated and tracked from an Opportunity record. Agiloft says this avoids delays created when legal processes begin outside the CRM.

The product also targets legal and contracting teams. By allowing sales staff to submit contract requests directly in Salesforce with contextual CRM data attached, the software is intended to reduce manual intake work for legal teams.

Finance teams are expected to use shared contract data for forecasting, compliance tracking and revenue operations. Sales users will also be able to see contract obligations in Salesforce against the relevant customer record, according to Agiloft.

Jason Barnwell, chief product officer at Agiloft, outlined the company's reasoning for the launch.

"What organizations increasingly need is a way to connect contract data directly into the systems where business decisions happen," said Jason Barnwell, chief product officer at Agiloft.

"This release focuses on reducing the friction between CRM activity and contract management while giving customers the flexibility to adapt workflows to their own legal, finance, and sales processes through a completely no-code approach," Barnwell said.

Agiloft describes itself as a provider of data-focused contract lifecycle management software. The company says its platform is used to centralise and automate contract processes from request through renewal, and that it integrates with more than 1,000 systems.

The launch also reflects continued efforts by software suppliers to embed legal and contracting work more directly into systems already used by frontline commercial teams. In practice, that means linking contract creation, negotiation, approval and signature tasks to the customer and sales records where deals are already being managed.

Salesforce's marketplace has become a route for specialist software providers to place those functions closer to users inside the Salesforce environment. Agiloft's latest release adds contract operations to that channel with a package built around no-code deployment and data synchronisation between the CRM and its own platform.
