Henon unveils "zero-error" AI agent for equity analytics
Henon Financial Technologies has announced the launch of HenonGPT, its AI-powered toolkit for private equity and credit firms. HFT claims the new agent will provide "zero-error" responses through direct access to company-level financial data, insights, and system actions.
The HenonGPT product operates on Henon's Model–Context–Protocol (MCP) layer. This enables clients to submit the agent query about portfolios, surface KPIs, generate reports and run tasks through language prompts. Henon says its GPT is context-aware and market tested.
"No hallucinations, no approximations - just accurate, actionable, auditable answers," said Robbie Victoria, Global Head of Expert Services at Henon.ai.
Data integrity and AI workflows
Company officials highlighted that, by eliminating the possibility of AI errors in company and market analysis, HenonGPT is expected to serve in workflows that require both transparency and precision. The product is designed for firms seeking to automate their reporting and analysis processes while maintaining close oversight of their proprietary financial information.
The company has also provided warnings that any forward-looking statements about the product's performance and benefits may be subject to risks beyond the firm's direct control, including issues related to customer satisfaction, the reliability of the platform, potential software errors, and the ability of clients to alter or terminate contracts.
The technology sits above Henon's other offerings, incorporating functionalities including financial data monitoring, reporting, and modelling. By relying solely on verified data, HenonGPT is engineered to eliminate general content in AI-driven workflows, enabling clients to expedite their decision-making processes while maintaining control over sensitive financial information.
Henon's additional product offerings include generative AI predictions, capital management, data aggregation, and financial analysis, among others. It has currently launched GPT; ReportGPT, which automates the generation of insights through natural language processing.
Availability for clients
The launch of HenonGPT will roll out for current clients this month. Jeff Batchelor, Head of Private Equity and Credit Solutions at Henon, confirmed that the system will become accessible to all active users shortly, with the complete suite of functionalities available to piloting clients soon after.
"The new release will be available to all current clients on July 28, 2025, with full toolset functionality available to piloting clients later this summer," said Batchelor. "Henon continues to expand its enterprise AI capabilities, building tools that reduce overhead, increase clarity, and bring modern intelligence to legacy workflows."
Henon has Canadian offices in Toronto and Montreal, with a significant portion of the company's leadership team residing in Canada. The company also has additional offices in the US and Dublin.
