KloudStax has gained Premier Partner status in Google Cloud's Services engagement model, adding to its existing Premier standing in the Co-Sell model.

The Austin-based cloud services firm said the recognition followed a period of rapid expansion in revenue, customers and staffing. Google Cloud requalifies Premier partners every 12 months based on technical certifications and business performance. KloudStax said the status places partners among roughly the top 3% to 5% of the ecosystem.

Revenue has increased more than tenfold since 2024, with year-on-year growth of about 345% in 2025, according to KloudStax. The company also said its customer base has grown more than fivefold since the end of 2024 and that it has doubled its full-time workforce in less than a year.

KloudStax linked much of that recent growth to demand for generative AI work. Gemini Enterprise deployments, custom AI agents and related change management accounted for about 40% of its 2026 engagements, making AI its largest solution area by volume.

That AI work has also been tied to broader cloud projects. KloudStax said its data modernisation and cloud migration services increasingly provide the data infrastructure needed for production AI deployments. It has also expanded its work in Google Workspace, managed services and application modernisation.

AI demand

Jon Bitz, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of KloudStax, said customers are changing how they assess service providers as AI projects move into operational use.

"We're seeing a fundamental shift in how organizations evaluate cloud and AI partners," said Jon Bitz, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of KloudStax. "Customers want to know who can deploy the technology, integrate it into their existing workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes, and Google's investment in Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI is accelerating that shift. We built KloudStax to work across cloud infrastructure, data, security, custom development and AI. Our growth and our new Services Premier Partner designation reflect the demand for partners who can translate Google's innovation into real-world execution across industries."

Alongside its service expansion, the company has invested in its own software tools. KloudStax said more than 75% of customers use its client portal for licence and billing management, cloud consumption monitoring, support tickets and cost anomaly alerts.

The portal sits within a broader managed services portfolio that includes KloudHawk for multi-cloud observability. KloudStax also said it built KloudConnect to support enterprise data integration with Gemini Enterprise and is developing automated security readiness assessments for SOC 2 and HIPAA.

Global build-out

KloudStax said it has also created its own international operating platform as it expands engineering and delivery capacity across time zones. The build-out covers engineering, professional services, delivery and customer-facing roles.

Alex Smith, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KloudStax, said the company has paired commercial growth with operational investment.

"Our growth reflects a deliberate investment in technical expertise, proprietary solutions and a delivery model that scales with our customers," said Alex Smith, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KloudStax. "Building our own international operating platform gives us direct access to engineering talent and more delivery capacity while keeping one integrated KloudStax team for every customer we serve."

Premier standing in both the Services and Co-Sell engagement models recognises the company for both delivery work and its role in driving Google Cloud adoption. KloudStax said the designation also gives customers broader financial incentives and greater access to Google Cloud technical resources.
