ECI Software lauded as a Great Place to Work in 2025
ECI Software Solutions has been awarded the Certified Great Place to Work status for 2025 across seven countries.
The company has achieved this recognition for the seventh consecutive time in the United States. ECI has also maintained a four-year streak in Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Australia, and a three-year streak in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Portugal sees ECI receiving its first certification.
Great Place to Work, known as a global authority on workplace culture, evaluates employee experience and leadership behaviours that are essential for achieving market success, employee retention, and fostering innovation. The certification process is informed by anonymous responses from employee surveys, independently administered.
Andrew Pryor, Chief Human Resources Officer of ECI Software Solutions, remarked, "Achieving Great Place to Work Certification for the seventh consecutive year is a testament to the incredible culture our teams have built and sustained worldwide. This recognition validates our commitment to fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally."
ECI emphasises a workplace culture that aligns with its core values encapsulated in CODE, an acronym for Crave greatness, Own the outcome, Deliver awesome, and Embrace community. This framework shapes initiatives that reinforce employee support and engagement.
The company has instituted Embrace Community Days, giving employees eight hours of paid leave annually to contribute positively to their local communities and support causes they are passionate about.
Another initiative, Global Well-Being Day, is dedicated to ensuring employees concentrate on their mental and physical health without the pressure of emails or meetings for a full day.
The High5 Recognition Program within ECI is designed to promote a culture of appreciation, evidenced through over 117,000 peer-to-peer recognitions exchanged among global team members last year.
Trevor Gruenewald, CEO of ECI Software Solutions, stated, "Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Earning this recognition across seven countries demonstrates the impact of our ongoing efforts to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace. We will continue listening to our employees and evolving ways to invest in them to ensure that ECI remains a Great Place to Work for many more years to come."
